100 % Sure

“What Must I Do To Be Saved?”

(1 John 5:13) “These things I have written to you who believe in the name
of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.”

1) I Acknowledge I am a Sinner–

     •  (Rom. 3:10) “as it is written, “There is none righteous, not even one;”
     •  (Rom. 3:23) “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,”

2) I Acknowledge payment for sin is Eternal Death in Hell–

     •  (Rom. 6:23) “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in
                                     Christ Jesus our Lord.”

3) I Understand God demonstrated His love for me–

     •  (Rom. 5:8) “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we
 were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
     •  (2 Pet. 3:9) “The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but
       is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to
       come to repentance.”
     •  (Rom. 6:23) “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life
                           in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

4) I Receive God’s plan of Salvation–

     •  (Rom. 10:13)  for “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
     •  (Rom. 10:9–10)  “that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe
                                             in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will
                                             be saved;  for with the heart a person believes resulting in
                                             righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses resulting
                                             in salvation.” 
     •  (John 1:12)  “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become
                                    children of God, even to those who believe in His name,”
     •  (Eph. 2:8–9)  “For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of
                                                           yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so
                                                           that no one may boast.”
 

“Prayer To Receive Jesus and Eternal Life”

           I acknowledge today I am a sinner.  I realize that I am on my way to hell and eternal death. 
     I understand by Your word,  You proved how much You loved me by Jesus’ death for me on
     the cross.  I need You in my life.  Please forgive me of my sins and save me in Jesus’ Name.
